Gadhungal Murring is an Aboriginal led and operated cultural organisation here on the South Coast of NSW that is at the forefront of cultural revitalisation through teaching, language, dance, art and all aspects of culture. Lets bring them to Kangaroo Valley Primary School! In consultation with Jen at the school a 7 week program for each class has been developed to be delivered over a term. Starting with a smoking ceremony, the programme covers protocols, language, boomerangs, dance, didgeridoo, bush tucker and ochre painting. If you have been lucky enough to be a part of any of their events you know this will be awesome. Help us make this happen for the students. The money raised will pay for the costs of Gadhungal Murring to run the programme for the school. Wes (Fins dad)
