Berthe came to the US on a visitor Visa last November 2024 to see her newborn granddaughter. She packed her luggage, said goodbye to friends and was set to depart the US on May 31, 2024. On May 24, just a week before her departure to Cameroon, she suffered a massive stroke which she fought for 07 long weeks at the Texas Health Presbyterian ICU. As many of you know, she faced her share of health challenges, including losing her brain function, complete kidney failures and becoming a dialysis patient. She was peacefully called home by the Lord Almighty in the early hours of July 12, 2024. She left many broken hearts behind. Her family wasn't ready and no preparations could ever be enough for such a sudden departure. Anyone who has met Berthe knows that you could always find her smiling, laughing, telling jokes. If you found yourself in her presence for a while you often found yourself sharing details of your life with her or cracking up about something she said. She had a way with people and putting them at ease. We are all devastated by her loss. If you would please consider donating, we are asking for some support to help cover the cost of repatriation of her body to Cameroon. The viewing and funeral service will be held on August 26th, 2024 from 11:00 am-03:00 pm at Agape All Nations Church located at: 1505 N Country Club Rd Garland, TX 75040 United States of America
