In lieu of flowers we have chosen to raise funds for a Memorial bench at the Apex Center in Arvada,CO in honor of Phyllis Hoffman (Mimi) who worked at the Apex for 20 years. Phyllis recently passed away and we would like to donate a bench in her honor as the Apex held so many wonderful memories for her. Services will be held Friday, July 14th at 10am at Flatirons Community Church, 400 S Boulder Rd, Lafayette, CO. Reception immediately following. Please join us. All are welcome!
