Hi ... I am Dave Pauli living near Billings, MT. I have provided area animal rescues and rehoming for decades. This includes self-funded Chicken, Turtle and exotic rescue/rehomings. A few years ago I remodeled a small 1991 Chevy truck to serve my hobby rescues of wildlife and field capture of "Lost Dog Syndrome " lost or abandoned dogs. I have captured over 50 of these frightened and confused lost dogs. Well, last Friday I was in a vehicle collision which totalled my little rescue truck . ( I am fine...no injuries). Since all these rescues are completed on a "my time - my dime" basis I have no contingency fund to purchase and equip another used truck for area animal rescues. I have decided to leave it to fate if I should pursue another rescue truck, or just find another way to help animals. My facebook friends have urged me to set up this LFEBridge account so that I might be able to continue serving the larger Yellowstone County/Eastern Montana communities. My last go fund me was several years ago for a red fox leg amputation ( he did well and was released) and a year before that for a Terrific Turtle Transport for a 4000 mile turtle transport for 50 rescue reptiles) I am now looking to find another small pickup ( but this time a 4WD) to be setup for the live-trapping or capture of injured, lost, abandoned or otherwise in-need animals.
