Hi, my name is Levi. I am raising money for my mother's funeral and to provide security for my father and family during this devastating time. On the morning of June 13th our worlds were shaken to the core. We got a call no child should ever get, "your mom isn't waking up." My mother suffered several strokes and embolisms caused by a large clot breaking up and showering smaller clots throughout her body. We spent a gut wrenching two weeks by my mother's side in the ICU. With aggressive treatment my mother woke from her coma and was able to talk. Things were looking optimistic until tragedy struck a second time. While in the ICU she went into cardiac arrest and suffered severe damage to her brain. My family comes from humble beginnings, and we were not prepared for this sudden tragedy. My mother's disability was the primary source of income in my parents household. My goal amount reflects the culmination of several smaller costs/goals for my father and will be used towards the following: $5,604.00 - Cost of Cremation and funeral services $300 - Cost of urn $1000/m - Rent for my father Food Dog Food Keepsake items for family members. Any additional donations will help my sisters with food and housing due to lost wages during our time in the ICU with my mother. Please tell your mothers you love them before it's too late.
