Today I learned I lost a guy I call family. He was the kind of guy who would give you the shirt off his back, right after he gave you hell for not having a shirt. He’s was a major part of my life and a big part of why I moved to Florida. We were best friends for some of the best times of my life, and while it’s been sometime since we threw a line out together,it was always normal for us to pick up where we left off like no time went by. Andy was one of the most genuine people you could ever hope to meet, and I’m sure anyone who was lucky enough to, got a great story out of it. He was the type of person to take you fishing, who would get more excited about you catching a fish than he would catching one himself. He was a hype man before it was even a thing, and was a loyal friend. He was also a father that was taken too soon leaving behind his family before being able to prepare any type of final arrangements. I wanted to start this because I know how hard Hollie is working with trying to handle his final arrangements while comforting their child during a horrible time. Any donations will go directly towards Andy’s final expenses, and if any excess funds are left will go to the care of Andy & Hollie’s daughter Lillie.
