I was created to create. And so I shall create.. And it's time to fuel these ambitions of expressing myself through music. All songs derive from my recent experience in the Amazon rainforest. On the quest to learn about ancient plant medicine and fully immerse myself in nature, I learned more about myself in five weeks than I could ever imagine. I am deeply grateful for the lessons and especially for the inspiration that led me to process my journey through writing lyrics. The Adventures of Fizido These songs are inspired by the mythical tale of Fizido - the Hummingbird who brought fire to his own people. The hummingbird is a representation for a small creature that can do extraordinary things. Based on this narrative, my companion Dustin and I were warmly welcomed by the indigenous tribe people as Witoto Blanco (The White Whitoto's). Together, we went through adventures which are resembled in these songs. Tracklist: Fizido Song Kambo Ottorongo Pasajero Together, we create a ripple effect. The music that emerges from this collaboration carries your energy, your belief, and your support. It becomes a part of your story, a soundtrack to moments of joy, solace, and self-discovery. I sincerely hope that this project will spark some of you to let go of any periconceptional beliefs about yourself and empower you to express yourself through any form of art. To say that I am proud of these lyrics would be an understatement. For this project I will be collaborating with Dutch music producer Malvae (Artist page & Instagram @malvaemusic) All your financial contributions will go into the production for these songs. The total goal of this project will cover 4 songs. There are four additional songs that were written during my time in isolation. Although there is currently no room to produce the entire album in one go, I am sure the whole album will see the light of the day in future- when there is a will, there's a way!
