Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me. about 6 months ago I volunteered at this wonderful rescue. It was simply an offer of some time to spend time and walk and play with those dogs that had unfortunately found themselves without a forever home. Most stories are sad but those dogs in various shapes and sizes have gone on to find loving homes with the help and massive amount of hard work by Lauren and the team. 6 months in and I was at the rescue when Lauren was looking for an emergency foster home for a Bulldog named Bella who was perfectly fit and healthy , if not a bit too chunky, and I found myself saying we’d look after her. 2 weeks later our gorgeous house hippo has made herself thoroughly indispensable and is going nowhere - got to be the worst foster mum ever . The vets bills and food costs for the charity are enormous and never ending. My family are so very happy with Bella that we wanted to give back a little so here we are. I know money is tight but every little bit you can spare I promise will be put to good use. Thank you in advance.
