My father-in-law, Allen Cox, suddenly and unexpectedly passed away Friday, July 28. For those of you who knew Allen know how much he served the Lord, his church, and his community. Allen has helped many people in his life; monetary-wise and with his time. He would give someone his last dollar and the shirt off his back if he had to. He was the most kind and giving man I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. You could always tell when he was in the room because his jokes and personality outshined everyone in the room. He loved his family and friends more than he could put into words. Because Allen passed so suddenly and earlier than we all expected, our family is somewhat unprepared for funeral expenses. We have had numerous people reach out asking to make donations, so we wanted to create a fundraiser for those who want to donate. In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate any donation. If you don’t have the means to donate, we ask that you donate your time to say a prayer for Allen, Nancy, and the rest of our family as we navigate this new chapter with him in Heaven. 100% of your donation will go towards funeral costs.
