Update: Thank you everyone! We could not have imagined the kindness and generosity that we received. We reached our goal so please don't feel the need to donate more. We appreciate everyone who reached out and offered condolences and prayers. This past week has not been easy for us. Adam was kind, loving and incredibly funny. He would always bring a smile to your face and was the highlight of any family gathering. Without any signs or warning, he suffered cardiac arrest just after his lunch which led to his passing. There wasn't anymore the doctors could do for him but we appreciate the amount of effort and care they gave him in his final moments. Adam's passing happened so unexpectedly that none of us were prepared, and we still can't believe it's real. It's hard to imagine life without such a joyous person with us anymore. Adam loved watching older shows and movies, Star Trek, Star Wars and the Goonies being among his favorites. He loved the show Happy Days and would sing the theme song often. He loved superheroes and the classic monsters and loved getting new toys. He loved to go swimming and going on vacation. He loved the holidays - especially Christmas. He loved and remembered his teachers from when he was a kid. He loved his family. Most of all he loved his older sister, Julie who had looked after him since he was a baby. Losing Adam for her was not just losing a brother, but also like losing a child and her best friend. He reached and had a positive impact on so many. Adam passed away peacefully with family by his side and will be reunited with his parents in Heaven. We know he'll be watching over us with a smile on his face. We are asking for donations towards his funeral expenses and appreciate any financial donations but if you cannot donate financially please keep Adam and his family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you and God bless.
