Our family, David’s family, must hire a probate attorney to challenge the legal next of kin’s position. We have never been through a situation like this & are not prepared for the legal fees. We are kindly asking for your help. David was a light in this world. He was always shining bright to help others feel seen. He loved wholeheartedly. His laugh was loud & infectious; It was impossible not to laugh with him or at him. His heart was pure gold & he was always the first one to help. Our family sorely misses him & we’d like nothing more than to get him from the morgue. It hurts to think of him waiting there, as though his life wasn’t bursting at the seams with so many friends & family who loved him. We want to say our goodbyes to him.
