Hi! My name is Shannon and I am fundraising for my student Mykie. She would like to attend The Morgan State! She recently attended their summer program and did really well; however, she just received word this week that she has a balance of $1804.00 that needs to be paid before she can attend school on August 15th! That’s 11 days!! She is not in a position to get a co-signer nor does she have the support from family to pay it. She’s a good kid that just needs a chance to make it. As her former teacher and current mentor, I would love to pay this but I am also sending my own child to college next week. I am seeking help of her community and generosity-driven people to help me with this baby… she’s going to work this semester to help cover next semester, but we’ve gotta get this semester covered!
