Donate to Zwei georgische Welpen brauchen eure Hilfe!, organized by Semira Ali

(Scroll down for english version) Mein Bruder Faris hat ein wichtiges Anliegen an euch! My brother Faris has an important request for you all! Here is his story: "A good friend of mine and I went on a trip through Vashlovani National Park in Georgia. In the middle of the park, we noticed two puppies on the side of the road. Since we still had some food left, we decided to feed them. The two puppies looked very scruffy and extremely hungry. When we turned around, we realized that the puppies were very far from the nearest village. They had obviously been abandoned here to die. Naturally, we couldn't leave the puppies to their fate, so we abandoned our trip and drove to Tbilisi with the puppies. There, we tried to find a place for them in an animal shelter, but they were all overcrowded. Additionally, there was a danger that the puppies would die from viruses. So, we decided to take the puppies in ourselves. This meant, of course, that we had to take the two little dogs to the vet. It was discovered that both puppies were infected with the deadly Parvo virus. After three really tough days, they luckily survived the virus. The female puppies were given medical treatment and received all necessary vaccinations for travel. Since the puppies are still so young, we had to leave them in Georgia for another four months before they are allowed to travel. Since the time is approaching, we thought we could achieve more with a GoFundMe and draw attention to the urgency of the situation. The puppies already have homes: The black one, a female, is named Nikka and will go to my friend in Berlin. The gray one, also a female, is named Adjika and will find her new home on a farm with my father-in-law. What’s still missing is the necessary money. As I am a student and my friend is just finishing his PhD, we are unfortunately not very well off financially. The costs for the puppies are slowly getting out of hand, as we had to pay about 200 euros per month per dog for a host on-site. Other costs include all vet bills, antibody tests, and the return flight to Georgia to bring the puppies home. In total, the costs will amount to about 2000 euros per dog. Since we are slowly running out of money to bring the dogs to Austria and Germany, I urgently ask for your help. Thank you very much, yours Faris!" Please help my brother and his friend, it’s a crucial matter and every cent helps!! Read more
