Greetings to you friends
We always thank God when we remember all of you in our prayers. Our thoughts and prayer goes to you - Phil. 1:3-4
Who we are:
We, Light Of The World Foundation International (LOTWIF) are registered NGO, non profit making organization in Mombasa, Kenya and we run a school in Kenya. This school has a population of 270 students, with more teaching and non teaching staff. The school is located in a remote area, 60 km outside Mombasa town, where people have very limited access to the water and electricity.
Mirka Kalume (Polish) married Henry Kalume (Kenyan) in 2011, and both are serving God in Kenya. They opened a school in 2015 at Hademu, a remote place where people have been struggling with basic needs - lack of proper education, lack of water, or electricity.
The school over the years has grown bigger. Now, we have not only a kindergarten and primary school but also a junior secondary school
Thanks to God for the donors who are helping the school to run.
The main goal is to point people to Christ, who is the author of our salvation. Here is a video showing our work and school:
This Fundraiser:
Our main goal was not only to develop the land but to point people to Christ.
Within the school property we have a borehole which supply the school and community with water.
We managed to drill the borehole in 2019 and were able to install it's submersible pump. That pump has served us for 5 good years and we are thankful to God for that. Unfortunately due to the electricity issues that pump had broken down and at this very moment we trust God for the new one.
We have tried to fix it but it seems to be not working effectively. We would love to upgrade the pomp and the whole system.
This is why we are inviting each and every one of you to stand with us in prayer and financial support for a new submersible pump that could be using both electricity and solar power.
We are approaching dry season and water will be scarce not only for the students but also the teachers who will find difficult to live. During such seasons the entire community benefits using the water from the borehole.
At this very moment we are running out of the storage water and we are forced to use water from the near by swamps.
The budget for this new pump is roughly 7000$ all inclusive with an exceptional of batteries. Meaning that the pump will only be used during day time when the sun will be on or if there will be electricity.
We would like to encourage you all that by this you do not only help us but many others who rely on this particular project.
,,Those who are gracious to the poor lend to the Lord, and the Lord will fully repay them" Prov 19:17

------- WERSJA POLSKA / POLISH VERSION ------
Drodzy Przyjaciele,
Zawsze dziękujemy Bogu za Was, we wszystkich naszych modlitwach.
List do Filipian 1:3-4 '' Dziękuję Bogu mojemu, ilekroć was wspominam, zawsze w każdej modlitwie, zanosząc ją z radością za was wszystkich''.
Nasza Fundacja - Light Of The World Foundation International (LOTWIF) jest zarejestrowaną organizacją pozarządową, organizacją non-profit w Mombasie w Kenii.
Zbudowaliśmy i prowadzimy szkołę w Kenii.
Chcielibyśmy Was wszystkich zachęcić do wsparcia projektu zakupu pompy.

Why GoFundMe Articles and URLs Appear on Our Website and How We Support Other GoFundMe Campaigns
At LFEBridge Foundation, we are dedicated to creating a platform where individuals and organizations can maximize their fundraising efforts. As part of our commitment to supporting a wide range of causes, we incorporate articles and URLs from GoFundMe into our website. Here’s why you might see GoFundMe content on our site, how it benefits the fundraising community, and our relationship with GoFundMe:
1. Amplifying Reach for Fundraising Campaigns
Increased Visibility: By featuring GoFundMe articles and URLs on our platform, we help increase the visibility of various fundraising campaigns. This additional exposure can attract more donors and supporters, helping campaigns achieve their goals more quickly.
Cross-Promotional Opportunities: Highlighting campaigns from GoFundMe allows us to support a broader spectrum of causes and connect with a wider audience. This cross-promotion benefits both the campaign organizers and potential donors looking for causes to support.
2. Supporting Campaign Growth
Advertising and Promotion: We understand the importance of visibility in successful fundraising. By showcasing GoFundMe campaigns, we provide an advertising platform that helps these campaigns reach potential donors who might not have discovered them otherwise.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborating with GoFundMe and featuring their campaigns on our site strengthens the fundraising ecosystem, ensuring that worthwhile causes receive the attention and support they deserve.
3. Expanding Donor Networks
Broader Donor Base: Featuring a variety of campaigns from different platforms helps diversify and expand the donor base. This means more people can learn about and contribute to a variety of causes, ultimately driving higher engagement and donations.

How We Help Other GoFundMe Campaigns Grow
1. Featured Campaigns Section
Highlighting Noteworthy Campaigns: We have a dedicated section on our website where we feature noteworthy GoFundMe campaigns. This not only gives these campaigns a spotlight but also encourages visitors to explore and contribute to them.
Rotating Features: To ensure a diverse range of campaigns get visibility, we regularly rotate the featured campaigns. This continuous update keeps the content fresh and engaging for our audience.
2. Social Media Promotion
Sharing Across Platforms: We share selected GoFundMe campaigns on our social media channels to reach a broader audience. Our followers, in turn, can share these posts, amplifying the reach even further.
Engagement Strategies: Utilizing effective engagement strategies, such as storytelling and compelling visuals, we enhance the appeal of these campaigns, driving more traffic and donations.
3. Email Newsletters
Campaign Highlights: Our email newsletters often include highlights of impactful GoFundMe campaigns. By doing so, we bring these causes directly to the inboxes of our subscribers, encouraging more people to get involved and donate.
Donor Updates: We keep our donors informed about the progress and success of the campaigns they have supported, fostering a sense of community and continued engagement.
LFEBridge Foundation's Independence
It’s important to clarify that LFEBridge Foundation is an independent entity and is not part of or affiliated with GoFundMe. While we feature and support GoFundMe campaigns on our site, we operate as a separate foundation dedicated to collecting donations for various causes, similar to GoFundMe. Many of these causes are displayed on our website to provide donors with a wide range of options to support.
