Hi, I am Santi and I live with my 7-year-old child L, and my partner o, in a flat in Vienna, Austria. Right now, I am 3882€ in Rent Debt and we are at risk of being Evicted very soon in July!
If we can't pay 2350€ by 10th July, we will be homeless.
We need to stop this eviction as we dont have friends or family in Vienna who can house us. It is really hard for me to ask for help and I have been struggling for years with my mental health, co-parenting with my abusive ex and unemployment. It has come to this point that I need to reach out to my community for support.
I got into this situation because of my abusive ex-partner stealing money, withholding important legal alimony proceedings and co-parenting communication, My Employer messing with my contract multiple times, and AMS having no tolerance for any of these realities and repeatedly cutting their support which lead to me accumulating debt of ~5000€ over 2 years, which I was able to bring down to 3.882,14€.
I am a mixed Black trans woman and o is a disabled trans migrant of colour. O recently moved in with me as they are also precarious and couldnt afford the rent hike in their last wg. We moved in so rent would be more affordable and the debt could be paid in installments but now WienerWohnen wants to evict us.
Two years ago, I was able to come out of an intensely abusive relationship with my ex-partner of 7 years, who is the parent of my child. I was left with debilitating depression and burnout from working fulltime and raising my young child with my abusive partner. My ex was physically, emotionally and financially abusive and continues to manipulate my relationship with my kid, and attempts to control my life as well as potentially taking away custody of my child.
They stole money from me and controlled my income when we lived together, so I was left with no savings and had to rely on AMS/State support to live.
According to AMS rules, I was only allowed to work for limited hours and I had such a contract for 2 years. But my employer kept messing up the conditions of the contract, which led to AMS cutting my support; crucial income we needed for basic living costs. The fact that I'm a mixed Black trans woman garners a lot of harassment and discrimination at the workplace which makes it very hard to find and keep employment. I was also forced to stop working at my last employer this year because of the job messing with my finances and them not wanting to take accountability for the racism, disrespectful behaviour and lack of accountability regarding how their employment practices messed with AMS, my only other form of income.
Ive been looking for new employment but my mental health has gotten so bad even after being admitted to psychiatric care and getting on meds, that i still need money urgently, since we are now at risk of getting evicted and losing housing soon!

DRINGEND: Zwangsräumung einer Schwarzen alleinerziehenden Trans-Mutter mit Kind!

Wenn wir bis zum 10. Juli nicht 2350 € zahlen können, werden wir obdachlos.
Wir müssen diese Zwangsräumung verhindern, da wir keine Freunde oder Familie in Wien haben, die uns unterbringen könnten. Es fällt mir wirklich schwer, um Hilfe zu bitten, und ich kämpfe schon seit Jahren mit meiner psychischen Gesundheit, der gemeinsamen Erziehung mit meinem gewalttätigen Ex und der Arbeitslosigkeit. Es ist so weit gekommen, dass ich mein Umfeld so um Unterstützung bitten muss.
Ich bin in diese Situation geraten, weil mein gewalttätige Ex-Partner mir Geld gestohlen hat, das Alimentationsverfahren herausgezögert hat und die Kommunikation massiv erschwert, mein Arbeitgeber meinen Vertrag mehrfach missachtet hat und das AMS keine Toleranz für diese Tatsachen gezeigt hat und wiederholt die Unterstützung gekürzt hat, was dazu geführt hat, dass ich über 2 Jahre hinweg Schulden in Höhe von ~5000€ angehäuft habe, die ich auf 3.882,14€ herunterbringen konnte.
Ich bin eine mixed Schwarze Transfrau und o ist ein behinderter migranttische Transperson of Colour. O ist vor kurzem bei mir eingezogen, da they ebenfalls prekär lebt und sich die Mieterhöhung in der letzten Wohnung nicht leisten konnte. Wir sind eingezogen, damit die Miete erschwinglicher ist und die Schulden in Raten bezahlt werden können, aber jetzt will WienerWohnen uns zwangsräumen.
Vor zwei Jahren konnte ich mich aus einer sehr missbräuchlichen Beziehung mit meinem Ex-Partner lösen, mit dem ich 7 Jahre lang zusammen war und der der Elternteil meines Kindes ist. Ich leide unter schweren Depressionen und Burnout, weil ich Vollzeit arbeitete und mein kleines Kind mit meinem missbrauchenden Partner großzog. Mein Ex-Partner hat mich körperlich, seelisch und finanziell missbraucht und versucht weiterhin, meine Beziehung zu meinem Kind zu manipulieren, mein Leben zu kontrollieren und mir möglicherweise das Sorgerecht für mein Kind zu entziehen.
They stahl mir Geld und kontrollierte mein Einkommen, als wir zusammenlebten, so dass ich keine Ersparnisse mehr hatte und auf die Unterstützung des AMS/Staats angewiesen war, um zu überleben.
Nach den Regeln des AMS durfte ich nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Stunden arbeiten, und ich hatte einen solchen Vertrag für 2 Jahre. Aber mein Arbeitgeber hat die Vertragsbedingungen immer wieder durcheinander gebracht, was dazu führte, dass das AMS mir die Unterstützung strich; ein wichtiges Einkommen, das wir für die grundlegenden Lebenshaltungskosten benötigten. Die Tatsache, dass ich eine mixed Schwarze Transfrau bin, führt zu vielen Belästigungen und Diskriminierungen am Arbeitsplatz, was es sehr schwer macht, einen Arbeitsplatz zu finden und zu behalten. Ich war auch gezwungen, bei meinem letzten Arbeitgeber in diesem Jahr zu kündigen, weil der Job meine Finanzen durcheinanderbrachte und sie keine Verantwortung für den Rassismus, das respektlose Verhalten und die fehlende Verantwortung dafür übernehmen wollten, wie ihre Beschäftigungspraktiken das AMS, meine einzige andere Einkommensform, durcheinanderbrachten, und mich so weiter prekarisiserten
Ich habe nach einer neuen Arbeit gesucht, aber mein psychischer Zustand hat sich so verschlechtert, dass ich trotz der Einweisung in die Psychiatrie und der Einnahme von Medikamenten immer noch dringend Geld brauche, da wir jetzt Gefahr laufen, zwangsgeräumt zu werden und unsere Wohnung bald zu verlieren!

Necesitamos parar este desalojo ya que no tenemos amigos o familiares en Viena que puedan alojarnos. Me resulta muy difícil pedir ayuda y llevo años luchando contra mi salud mental, la paternidad compartida con mi ex abusdore y el desempleo. Llegué a esta situación porque mi ex pareja abusiva me robaba dinero, retenía importantes procedimientos legales y comunicación, mi empleador se metía con mi contrato varias veces, y AMS no tenía tolerancia para ninguna de estas realidades y repetidamente cortaba su apoyo, lo que me llevó a acumular una deuda de ~5000€ en 2 años, que pude bajar a 3.882,14€.
Soy una mujer trans negra y o es un migrante trans discapacitado. O se ha mudado recientemente conmigo porque elle también es precarie y no pude permitirse la subida del alquiler en su último lugar.. Nos mudamos para que el alquiler fuera más asequible y poder pagar la deuda a plazos, pero ahora WienerWohnen quiere desalojar nos.
Hace dos años, pude salir de una relación de maltrato intenso con mi ex pareja de 7 años, que es el padre de mi hije. Me quedé con una depresión debilitante y agotada por trabajar a tiempo completo y criar a mi hije pequeñe con mi pareje abusadore. Mi ex era física, emocional y financieramente abusivo y sigue manipulando mi relación con mi hije, intenta de controlar mi vida, así como potencialmente quitarme la custodia de mi hije.
Me robaba dinero y controlaba mis ingresos cuando vivíamos juntos, por eso me quedé sin dinero y tuve que depender de la ayuda de AMS/Estado para vivir.
Según las normas de AMS, sólo podía trabajar durante un número limitado de horas y tuve un contrato de ese tipo durante 2 años. Pero mi empleador seguía incumpliendo las condiciones del contrato, lo que hizo que AMS me cortara la ayuda; unos ingresos cruciales que necesitábamos para los gastos básicos. El hecho de que sea una mujer trans negra genera mucho acoso y discriminación en el lugar de trabajo, lo que hace que sea muy difícil encontrar y mantener un empleo. Además, este año me vi obligada a dejar de trabajar para mi último empleador porque el trabajo se estaba cargando mis finanzas y porque ellos no querían rendir cuentas por el racismo, el comportamiento irrespetuoso y la falta de responsabilidad en lo que respecta a cómo sus prácticas laborales afectaban a la AMS, mi única otra forma de ingresos.
He estado buscando un nuevo empleo, pero mi salud mental ha empeorado tanto, incluso después de haber sido ingresada en un centro psiquiátrico y haber tomado medicamentos, que sigo necesitando dinero urgentemente, ¡ya que ahora corremos el riesgo de perder pronto la vivienda!
