Peace, I am Daniel Law Jones, the Co-founder of D-Limitz Production Inc. Our mission at D-Limitz is to provide transformative opportunities for our students and the community through the power of music. Over the past decade, I have proudly served as a music director, leading the charge in bringing the D-Limitz African Drum Program to schools such as Eagle Academy, Harlem Village Academy, P.S 369, Harlem School of the. Arts, and Valley Stream Central High School. Our D-Limitz students have had the privilege of showcasing their talents at various prestigious events. This includes halftime shows for the Long Island Nets at Nassau Coliseum, music festivals at Roy Wilkins Park, Conferences at Adelphi University, and York College. We have also been honored to perform with ET The HipHop Preacher and at High school graduations across NYC . However, our journey has not been without its challenges. To continue our mission of empowerment and enrichment, we are in need of support. So far, we have encountered the unfortunate loss of 15 drums, hindering our ability to deliver the impactful experiences our students deserve. Your generous contribution will help us address crucial needs, including: - Purchasing a bus / sprinter to transport between 15-40 instruments - Providing transportation for D-Limitz performers to and from shows - Transporting drums to various facilities and universities for workshops - Acquiring new African drums and repairing/replacing broken ones - Making new sticks and straps for drums - Investing in costumes for performers during shows and events - Development for a building to have classes, rehearsals, and performances - Providing nutritional resources for students By supporting D-Limitz, you are investing in the future of our students and community.
