The film follows Lucia, a young Hispanic girl, as she navigates the tricky dynamics of friendship, peer pressure, and the feeling of being an outsider in an environment dominated by privilege. The story is told through moments that feel both intimate and universal—friendship, vulnerability, jealousy, and the desire to belong. It’s a glimpse into the ways young women shape their identities in an environment where appearances can mean everything. Why This Story Matters: This is more than just a film about teenage girls.
