Mi Historia: Un Camino de Sanación y Esperanza Desde muy temprana edad, comprendí que el mundo no siempre era un lugar seguro. Mi infancia estuvo marcada por el horror del abuso sexual. Fui víctima de agresiones que dejaron cicatrices profundas en mi alma. Este abuso no solo me robó mi inocencia, sino que también me sumió en un ciclo de dolor y confusión. Las experiencias traumáticas que viví a manos de quienes debían protegerme me hicieron sentir atrapada en un laberinto oscuro del que parecía no haber salida. Además de enfrentar el abuso, crecí con una madre narcisista que, en lugar de ser una fuente de amor y apoyo, me hizo sentir invisible y no valorada. Su necesidad de atención y validación eclipsaba mis propias emociones y necesidades. Aprendí a silenciar mis sentimientos, a poner las necesidades de los demás por encima de las mías, y a vivir en un estado constante de ansiedad y desconfianza. Durante años, cargué con el peso de estos traumas, sintiéndome sola e incomprendida. Sin embargo, a través de un viaje de sanación que comenzó con la terapia y el apoyo de grupos para sobrevivientes, empecé a encontrar mi voz y a reconstruir mi vida. Aprendí que no estaba sola y que muchas otras mujeres y niñas compartían historias similares de dolor y resiliencia. Este proceso de sanación me llevó a comprender la importancia de romper el silencio sobre el abuso sexual y la necesidad urgente de brindar apoyo a quienes han sufrido. Es por eso que estoy comprometida a ayudar a otras niñas y mujeres que han pasado por experiencias similares. Quiero que sepan que hay esperanza, que la sanación es posible, y que no tienen que enfrentar su dolor solas. Con esta visión en mente, he decidido crear una fundación dedicada a ayudar a niñas sobrevivientes de abuso sexual y a mujeres que necesitan apoyo psicológico. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar un espacio seguro donde las sobrevivientes puedan compartir sus historias, recibir la atención psicológica que merecen y encontrar una comunidad de apoyo que les ayude en su proceso de sanación. La fundación ofrecerá: - Terapia psicológica gratuita o a bajo costo para sobrevivientes, facilitada por profesionales capacitados. - Grupos de apoyo donde las mujeres y niñas puedan compartir sus experiencias en un ambiente seguro y acogedor. - Talleres de empoderamiento que fomenten la confianza y la resiliencia, ayudando a las sobrevivientes a redescubrir su voz y su valor. - Recursos educativos sobre el abuso sexual y la salud mental, para crear conciencia y prevenir futuros abusos. Hoy, al mirar hacia atrás, me doy cuenta de que mi historia no es solo un relato de dolor, sino de resiliencia y esperanza. Quiero que cada niña y mujer que haya sufrido abuso sepa que hay un camino hacia la sanación y que juntas podemos construir un futuro más brillante. Te invito a unirte a mí en esta misión.
