Donate to -rescued cats- Vet costs, organized by Jade Bailey

Hi, my name is Jade and I over the years have rescued cats who have been strayed, miss treated, left by owners and more. First couple years I got so much help of people but the last 12-18 months done it all myself I currently pay out 280 a month to feed and flea and worm the cats, that does not include any vet bills.. Tinks needs more work done on her mouth due to the poor condition of her mouth she had some work done other year but now having more problems needs the rest finished.. She is having surgery on Monday and I am not sure on the cost of this untill she is sedated and had the work done .. I have 6 cats and ... This is tinks story... Tinks Back beggining of june (un sure of exact dates cannot for life of me remember) i was walking to collect jacob our eldest from his friends and as i walked up the road by me i saw a lady putting tuna down on a lid of a tub me being me knew somthing was not right at all so i asked her did the cat have a home etc what was the matter to which she replied someone she knew had moved out the house 11 days prior and was refusing to come and get tinks, in utter disgust i told the lady i would be back to sort the cat , i got her number so i could update when i had sorted her, i got jacob and nipped to work and grabbed some cat biscuits why i was there to pop some down on my way past which i did. Once home i popped a post on facebook not knowing what to do ( ill keep the story short as possible) a lovely lady contacted me who previously worked for a cat charity after speaking i got my cat carrier and some treats and at 11.30pm at night walked back up to the house to meet this lady so we could take tinks to safety near by lads were fighting and weather was due to turn also, we managed after couple times as tinks was terrified which of course she would be and hungry we got her in the carrier and the lady drove me home. I then tried so many times get in touch with her owner to confirm what i was told was right to which i was ignored. Finally she replied which aload of rubbish to put it politley and what a suprise said she was due to collect her day i got her , i got her at 11.30pm so was she? She the said she couldnt take her as her garden wasnt safe which anyone knows a a cat in a new house cannot go out for 4-6 weeks anyways tinks needed a vet check after being out for 11 days , i got her booked in and turned out she desp needed 3 teeth out as they was in poor condtiton which would cause pain this set me back over 100 out my own pocket , i asked her previous owner would she contribute to cost and she ignored that so i paid for it all and i have given tinks the best start in her new life in our care she had come on leaps and bounds, settled in so so well and is happy and content ( currently asleep next to me all snuggled up) Again all the costs untill i set up the just giving page has come out of my pocket since i took the first rescue in nearly 3 years ago! Thank you for reading a quick cover of Tinks's story how she came to us She is due to need more teeth out as her teeth are growing back into her gum :( so i am working on the just giving page to save money to go towards food , litter, vet etc bills Read more

Why GoFundMe Articles and URLs Appear on Our Website?

Why GoFundMe Articles and URLs Appear on Our Website and How We Support Other GoFundMe Campaigns

At LFEBridge Foundation, we are dedicated to creating a platform where individuals and organizations can maximize their fundraising efforts. As part of our commitment to supporting a wide range of causes, we incorporate articles and URLs from GoFundMe into our website. Here’s why you might see GoFundMe content on our site, how it benefits the fundraising community, and our relationship with GoFundMe:

1. Amplifying Reach for Fundraising Campaigns

  • Increased Visibility: By featuring GoFundMe articles and URLs on our platform, we help increase the visibility of various fundraising campaigns. This additional exposure can attract more donors and supporters, helping campaigns achieve their goals more quickly.

  • Cross-Promotional Opportunities: Highlighting campaigns from GoFundMe allows us to support a broader spectrum of causes and connect with a wider audience. This cross-promotion benefits both the campaign organizers and potential donors looking for causes to support.

2. Supporting Campaign Growth

  • Advertising and Promotion: We understand the importance of visibility in successful fundraising. By showcasing GoFundMe campaigns, we provide an advertising platform that helps these campaigns reach potential donors who might not have discovered them otherwise.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborating with GoFundMe and featuring their campaigns on our site strengthens the fundraising ecosystem, ensuring that worthwhile causes receive the attention and support they deserve.

3. Expanding Donor Networks

  • Broader Donor Base: Featuring a variety of campaigns from different platforms helps diversify and expand the donor base. This means more people can learn about and contribute to a variety of causes, ultimately driving higher engagement and donations.

  • Enhanced Outreach: By integrating GoFundMe content, we help campaigns tap into new networks and communities, broadening their reach and potential impact.

How We Help Other GoFundMe Campaigns Grow

1. Featured Campaigns Section

  • Highlighting Noteworthy Campaigns: We have a dedicated section on our website where we feature noteworthy GoFundMe campaigns. This not only gives these campaigns a spotlight but also encourages visitors to explore and contribute to them.

  • Rotating Features: To ensure a diverse range of campaigns get visibility, we regularly rotate the featured campaigns. This continuous update keeps the content fresh and engaging for our audience.

2. Social Media Promotion

  • Sharing Across Platforms: We share selected GoFundMe campaigns on our social media channels to reach a broader audience. Our followers, in turn, can share these posts, amplifying the reach even further.

  • Engagement Strategies: Utilizing effective engagement strategies, such as storytelling and compelling visuals, we enhance the appeal of these campaigns, driving more traffic and donations.

3. Email Newsletters

  • Campaign Highlights: Our email newsletters often include highlights of impactful GoFundMe campaigns. By doing so, we bring these causes directly to the inboxes of our subscribers, encouraging more people to get involved and donate.

  • Donor Updates: We keep our donors informed about the progress and success of the campaigns they have supported, fostering a sense of community and continued engagement.

LFEBridge Foundation's Independence

It’s important to clarify that LFEBridge Foundation is an independent entity and is not part of or affiliated with GoFundMe. While we feature and support GoFundMe campaigns on our site, we operate as a separate foundation dedicated to collecting donations for various causes, similar to GoFundMe. Many of these causes are displayed on our website to provide donors with a wide range of options to support.
