Hi! This GoFundMe is to help raise money for Veronica Gil Amarista. She is an international student from Venezuela studying viola performance with a minor in psychology at the University of Denver and Lamont School of Music. Because of the constraints on working in the United States as an international student and a tuition increase, Veronica has had some trouble getting enough money to return to school this year and would be incredibly grateful if you considered donating to help her continue her education. In the past year, Veronica has grown immensely as a student and musician and will continue to do so during the remainder of her undergraduate degree at DU under the guidance of an amazing faculty. She has worked diligently for the opportunity to study at the University of Denver and hopes to be able to return this fall and for the next three years to complete her degree in 2027. As a friend of Veronica's, I can say that she is one of the most kindhearted, motivated, and hardworking people I know. She is extremely talented at her instrument and is constantly pursuing growth as a musician, student, and person. She brings so much joy and skill to the viola studio at DU and to the lives of everyone she's around. She works extremely hard and continues to do so in pursuing her educational and performance opportunities both in and outside of school.
