Hello! We're a micro roastery out of Greenville, SC and are looking to expand! Because we're owned and operated by a stay-at-home-mom (it's kind of our thing), being able to grow while also raising kiddos is tricky. We think we found a solution, though! Picture yourself grabbing some essentials from your favorite local plastic free refill shop in West Greenville and hello! What's this? A cute little coffee cart that provides espresso drinks while you wait?! Yes please! We're teaming up with Amend Market to create a lovely little hub of sustainable goodness. You'll be able to grab a latte and refill your favorite goods all in one place and we think that's a sweet combination that will make Greenville even better. A little back story (if you know it already, skip to the bottom for cart details!) is always nice when you're giving your money to strangers. The stay-at-home-mom in our stay-at-home-mom operated business is Bethany Garrison (hi!), who is sometimes accompanied by the infamous dad-bod of Instagram, Dallas. Bethany does the roasting and the majority of the day to day, while Dallas handles the hand shaking and the modeling. 2022 was the official launch of this endeavor, originally from our home office, where Bethany roasted enough coffee for three farmers markets a week on a little 2lb roaster. Eventually growing enough to warrant a move, we built out a wholesale facility in our backyard to be able to continue staying home full time. With that move, we were able to branch out into the wholesale world, where we have a solid presence in our local community. We've done three seasons of farmers markets and while we LOVE it (well, Bethany does....Dallas tolerates it), the coffee cart dream is itching our brains. This is a way for us to have a year round, predictable (and air conditioned!) location that is not season/weather dependent. Which is a big and exciting step for us! By teaming up with another established business like Amend, we are pooling our resources, our connections and our customers. Not to mention, it's two rad businesses working together. We need your help to purchase the cart, espresso machine and accessories (cups, fridge, freezer, etc.) so that we can put this next phase into place.
