CLOSED. I am traveling to the swing state of Wisconsin to volunteer on the Kamala Harris for President campaign as a field organizer, primarily someone who knocks on doors and trains others to do the same. I'm raising funds to help cover the cost of my trip to America’s Dairyland—i.e., travel, car rental, housing, and incidental expenses while on the road. I estimate the costs will be approximately $8000. I hope to raise that now and will increase my goal as needed. Wisconsin is one of the three must win states and there I will also be able to support their down-ballot candidates including re-electing (D) Senator Tammy Baldwin, and flipping the WI-8th by electing Democrat Kristin Lyerly to what is an undefended House seat. I'm attaching a letter of recommendation written by my supervisor in Ohio in 2008, which makes the case more strongly than I could as to my worth as a Field Organizer.
