Hello there! My name is Gemma Hardy. I'm desperately trying to raise enough funds to put my beloved wife into mortuary rest home. She was diagnosed 12 weeks ago with Metastatic small cell lung cancer. At this time they told us it had already spread to glands lung lining which is full of nerves and connects to other nerves. It was aggressively spreading through her liver and rapidly up her spine into her neck and brain. She took the news exceptionally accepted they is and never would be a cure. Within 4 weeks she was in Dove House Hospice very poorly fighting infection and infection. She fought so very bravely making staff, visitors and patients alike laugh and smile until the very end! She had a beautiful personality and lived with degenerative disc disease, scoliosis of the spine. So her mobility and life wax very limited. I'd live nothing more than to get hef to a rest room. At the mo.ent the council have her at the main mortuary at the hospital. She allowed no visitors, no clean clothes to be dressed in no hair or make up on she's in the nighty she passed in her feet don't even have any slippers on and the council and hospital refuse to do any of it they said if you want her clean and dressed get her in private rest rooms. Please please if you can help I would be forever indebted to you. Dee was the least greedy person I ever met and would never want anybody to be out of pocket for her but please she deserves to bd put to rest in something nice with her hair done and loved ones to go say their first Al goodbyes.
