He pasado varios meses meditando el futuro del santuario, y he llegado a la conclusión de que debemos cambiarnos de lugar, y poco a poco ir venciendo las deudas que queden. El motivo fundamental es que desde 2021 estamos instalados en la finca actual, pero en el contrato de alquiler figura otra persona al 50% conmigo, y eso dificulta la continuidad del santuario, ya que no podemos ser independientes al 100% y estamos limitados en ciertas cosas que son vitales. Además, el esfuerzo en recaudar fondos para pagar deudas está resultando ineficaz hasta ahora, y ese esfuerzo y las deudas sin pagar nos están enterrando aquí. Contamos con tierras no fértiles que tienen toneladas de neumáticos debajo enterrados, y el año pasado me di cuenta de que hay fincas incluidas dentro de esta propiedad que ni siquiera están registradas, nos las incluyeron en el contrato sin prueba alguna de titularidad, y por si fuese poco, en el catastro figura una información de lindes que no se corresponde con el vallado de la propiedad, que invade y se apropia partes de varias fincas vecinas, y eso nos deja el santuario literalmente roto y expuestos a denuncias y reclamaciones por algo que no nos concierne. Vista la situación hasta hoy, y que esforzarnos en liquidar deudas nos está enterrando en este lugar donde tenemos plazo para comprar o irnos, la mejor opción es continuar lejos de este sitio, y hacerlo 100% independientes. Para lograrlo, vamos a reunir una cantidad aproximada de 50.000 euros que nos permitan dar una entrada o comprar una propiedad barata donde podamos continuar rescatando y protegiendo animales necesitados. Para esto, he abierto un Gofundme donde recaudar todos los fondos necesarios, y mantenerlos intactos hasta conseguir mudarnos de estas tierras condenadas, a un lugar seguro, independiente y 100% de los animales.
